Yes. Every ingredient added to our new formulas is carefully selected for its gentleness, biodegradability, and compatibility with sensitive skin. Even our preservatives are among the gentlest accepted by organic certifications.

Absolutely. While some of the names may sound technical, all these new ingredients are biodegradable, non-comedogenic, and of natural or plant origin. They fit perfectly into our transparent, ethical, and skin-friendly approach.

We tested the texture of our products to ensure they would flow into the cap when the bottle is turned upside down for at least 24 hours. Afterward, you can either unscrew the pump to dispense your cream directly from the wand or transfer it into a small container (like the one in our samples).

Moringa oil can be used in several ways, including on the face, on wet hair or as a hair mask, on the body, and on the eyes as a makeup remover. You can also use it to moisturize babies and treat scalp conditions.

Moringa oil has a solidification point of around 16 to 20°C, so it may be solidifying. We recommend running the bottle under hot water, and the oil should become liquid again.

Apply a small amount of Elixir Serum to clean, slightly damp skin, focusing particularly on the face and neck. Gently massage with your fingertips until fully absorbed. The Elixir Serum can be used alone or after applying your daily moisturizer. You can also mix it with your moisturizer. If you are not using a moisturizer, it is best to use a toner or floral water with the serum to promote better absorption into the skin.

The facial toner is sprayed onto the face. It will then be absorbed by the skin in a few moments and therefore does not require rinsing.

Use with water, with your fingers or a cotton ball, as you prefer!

Yes, the Facial Cleanser and our two Facial Scrubs are the three products that require rinsing with clean water. The same applies to the bi-phase makeup remover and the masks.

If you're unsure how much product to use, we can offer recommendations, although this varies from person to person. Keep in mind, however, that our products are concentrated, so small amounts are sufficient. For optimal use, we recommend an average of 3 sprays of toner, 1 to 2 pumps of facial cleanser, one pump of face cream (adjust according to the season and your skin's hydration needs), a few drops of elixir serum, a small amount of facial scrub in the palm of your hand, and one pump of hand and foot cream.

Your skin may react slightly to our products. This can be caused by several factors. First, unlike conventional products, our cosmetics are concentrated and active. Your skin may therefore need time to adapt, especially if you are not used to using natural products. We generally recommend 1 to 2 weeks of adjustment. Temperature changes can also cause redness (particularly during winter). Finally, if your skin is too dry or dehydrated, it may react to concentrated products due to its fragility. In this case, reduce the frequency of use until your skin's condition improves. Generally, if you experience a sensation of warmth and slight redness on your skin, don't worry; this indicates that the product is active and your skin is absorbing it. However, if the reaction is more intense and unpleasant, discontinue use of the product. The Idoine experience should in no way be unpleasant.

Yes! You can return your empty Idoine glass bottles to our stores that participate in our deposit system. This way, you will receive as many stamps as bottles returned on your Idoine loyalty card. If you do not have a loyalty card, you can request one at the store where you return your bottles.
