The ideal is to store the products away from heat and light.

The products have been laboratory tested and have a shelf life of at least 6 months after opening. They have a shelf life of at least 2 years when closed.

We have tested the texture of our products so that they can flow into the cork when the bottle is turned upside down for at least 24 hours. Afterwards, you can either unscrew the pump to take your cream directly from the stem or transfer it into a small container (like the one in our samples).

It’s a French word that means “perfectly suitable.” You can have your suitable person, your suitable sweater and we hope that you find your suitable cosmetic care routine.

We make every effort to implement actions that minimize our negative impact on the environment. All our tools, suppliers and ingredients are carefully chosen accordingly. Yes! You can return your empty Idoine glass bottles to our stores that participate in our deposit system. This way, you will receive as many stamps as bottles returned on your Idoine loyalty card. If you do not have a loyalty card, you can request one at the store where you return your bottles.

If you are unsure how much product to use we can give you our recommendations although this varies from skin to skin. Be aware though that our products are concentrated so small amounts are sufficient.

For proper use, we recommend on average 3 sprays of toner, 1 to 2 pumps of Facial Cleanser , 1 pump of Facial Cream (to be adapted according to the season and the need for hydration), a few drops of Elixir Serum , a small amount of Facial Exfoliant in the palm of the hand and 1 pump of Hand & Foot Cream .

The Elixir Serum is used before the Face Cream. If you are not using a cream, it is best to use a toner or floral water with the serum to help it penetrate the skin well.

The facial tonic is to be sprayed on the face. It will then be absorbed by the skin in a few moments so does not require rinsing.

Yes, the Facial Cleanser and our two Facial Exfoliators are our three products that require rinsing with clear water. As well as the bi-phasic makeup remover and the masks .

All our products have no contraindications for pregnant women and babies.

Yes, our products are unisex, suitable for everyone.

Your skin may react slightly to our products. This can be caused by different factors.

First, unlike conventional products, our cosmetics are concentrated and active. Your skin may then need time to adapt, especially if you are not used to using natural products. We generally recommend 1 to 2 weeks of adaptation.

Temperature shocks can also cause redness (especially during winter).

Finally, if your skin is too dry or dehydrated it may react to concentrated products due to its fragility, in this case reduce the frequency of use of the products until the quality of your skin improves.

As a general rule, if you have a feeling of warmth and slight redness on your skin, do not worry, this shows that the product is indeed active, alive and that your skin is in the process of assimilating it. On the other hand, if the reaction is more intense and unpleasant, then stop using the product. The Idoine experience should in no way be unpleasant.
