Shipping Information
Orders for products available in our warehouse are processed within 24 to 72 hours. Generally, an additional three business days are required for deliveries throughout Quebec. We also offer international delivery service; however, we cannot certify the exact time frame within which the package will be delivered. For more details on rates by sector, see the section below:
Shipping Fees
For purchases of $90 or more, delivery is free anywhere in Canada (except for remote areas that are difficult to serve by land) *.
For the province of Quebec:
- Province of Quebec, local delivery at $12 with standard delivery - Purolator
- Xpresspost (Canada Post) is available for all regions of Quebec and the price will be calculated based on your postal code.
- Christmas Box and Discovery Box free/included delivery.
For the rest of Canada:
- For some regions in the rest of Canada, Canada Post is available for $12.
- Otherwise, depending on the postal code, the system generates a rate based on the location.
For the United States:
- Depending on the postal code, the system generates a rate based on the location.
For international shipping:
- Depending on the postal code, the system generates a rate based on the location.

Depending on the chosen delivery method and your region, the delay may vary. Seasonality may also impact the delay.
Here are some estimates according to the carrier during normal periods:
- Delivery in Montreal: 3 business days
- Canada Post: 2-7 business days
- International: to be confirmed by the carrier

Idoine Cosmétiques Inc. is a company where eco-responsibility is at the heart of our values. In order to avoid energy consumption and reduce our carbon footprint, we do not take back any products. However, we offer the possibility of trying products in the form of samples*, at a low cost, so that you can ensure the products are suitable for you.
