Reusable packaging PickPack - Return your bottles and get $25 🌍

🌱 Shipping in Reusable PickPack Packaging

Make an eco-friendly choice with PickPack, a Quebec-based reusable packaging solution that helps reduce waste. You can also use it to return your empty Idoine containers and earn a reward!

📦 Two Options to Suit Your Needs

• With bottle returns (deposit program): Return up to 6 clean, empty Idoine bottles in your PickPack and receive a $25 discount code for your next order once your return has been validated.

• Without bottle returns: Simply enjoy eco-friendly, reusable packaging. Return your empty PickPack so it can be used again, with no obligation to send back any bottles.

📮 How to Return Your PickPack

1. Prepare your box: Place your clean, empty bottles inside, protecting them with the provided packing paper, or leave the box empty if you're not returning any containers.

2. Remove the original shipping label: Peel off the Idoine shipping label used to deliver your order.

3. Scan the QR code: Follow the instructions on your PickPack and confirm your return using your PickPack box number and Idoine order number.

4. Ship it back for free: Securely close your box and drop it into a Canada Post mailbox. A prepaid return label is already included. No need to visit the post office counter!

🎁 Your $25 Reward

Once your bottles have been received and validated, PickPack will email you a $25 discount code directly, which you can use toward your next Idoine order.

Please allow approximately one week after validation to receive your code, and remember to check your spam or junk mail folder.

The reward applies only to validated returns of Idoine bottles.
